Mindful Movement

Our studio pilates comes with a holistic approach to bring your mind and body connection, through intentional movement into daily life, with goal to improve quality of life. Find your strength from inside out. Certified POLESTAR Pilates International. BALANCED BODY Premium pilates Equipment. The studio is fresh, calm, serene ambience, located in serene cul-de-sac. Limited group class advantage is essential, for more focus & personalized attention. We have private session studio for 1 on 1 and rehabilitation.

Our private and small group Reformer sessions are designed to help you move with intention, build core stability, and develop lasting body awareness. With certified instructors and high quality equipment, each session is tailored to your personal needs whether you're just beginning or deepening your practice.

  • Parking area located under the round sign ‘Align’ – on the main side road- before entrance small road 
  • Studio for Group class reformer, Tower and spine corrector and its props.
  • ⁠Studio for Private session and rehab; with full equipments, cadillac, reformer, chair, barrel, spine corrector and its props.
  • Concierge Lobby
  • ⁠Washrooms full facility, toilettes and shower.
  • ⁠Lockers
  • ⁠We provide grip socks to borrow during your session/ class.
  • Water dispenser
  • Refreshment drink traditional Jamu after session/ class is our complimentary.
  • ⁠Refresment cold towel after your session/ class is complimentary.
  • ⁠Fully aircon
  • Wifi
  • Advance payment is required to secure your booking.
  • All sessions are 50 minutes.
  • Prepaid sessions are non-refundable.
  • All payment cashless
  • Socks with grip is obligatory. (We provide socks with grip to borrow then put the socks back into the basket after finish the class.)
  • Please arrive 10 mins early and please do not be late, studio doors are locked once class begins. As any missed part will not be repeated.
  • Please put your phone and all your stuff it in the locker. Do not bring your phone into the class.
  • Please wipe all the equipments you used.
  • No pets allowed.

We get it, life happens!

But to keep things fair to everyone, please remember to cancel or reschedule by 6 PM the day before the class.

No shows/late cancellation will result in a loss of credit for that class.

Our Group Class

Introduction Reformer (3 x minimum)

Minimum 3 times attendance to this class is An Obligatory for first timers in pilates.
An introductory reformer class focuses on learning the fundamentals principles and exercises of pilates using reformer.This class emphasize core strength, proper alignment, controlled movements, and breathing techniques. Slow pace allowing the detailed instruction and adaptations to your needs.
This class is- must for first timers, to continue the next level to beginner class once they finished at least 3 time this introductory class.

Join our Pilates Reformer group class designed specifically for beginners!
This class offers a welcoming and supportive environment where you can learn the fundamentals of Pilates using Reformer machine.
What to expect: Basic exercise, proper form and technique, gentle pace, breath work to achieve better result.
Benefits: Improve posture and alignment. Increased core strength and stability. Enhanced flexibility and range of motion. Stress relief and improved mental focus. Foundation for progressing to more advanced Pilates classes.
