Mindful Movement

ALIGN Pilates Studio was founded with a clear purpose: to bring intentional, body-centered movement into daily life, with the ultimate goal to improve quality of life. Led by certified professionals using world-class Reformer equipment, we guide clients to move mindfully, build strength, and restore balance – physically and mentally. Nestled in serene Umalas, our studio is a sanctuary for wellness seekers from around the world.

Our private and small group Reformer sessions are designed to help you move with intention, build core stability, and develop lasting body awareness. With certified instructors and high quality equipment, each session is tailored to your personal needs whether you're just beginning or deepening your practice.

Terms & Policies

Payment & Package Policies
  • Advance payment is required to secure your booking.
  • All sessions are 50 minutes.
  • Prepaid sessions are non-refundable.
  • Please wear socks for all sessions.
  • Socks with grip is advised.
  • Please arrive for the class on time, as any missed part will not be repeated.
  • Please silence your phone while class is in session.
  • No pets allowed in the class.

If you are unable to attend your class for any reason please remember to cancel or reschedule by 6.00pm the day before your class. No shows/late cancellation will result in a loss of credit for that class.

Our Group Class

Core

A core Pilates class is a workout that focuses on strengthening the entire core, including the abdominals, back, glutes, and pelvic floor, to improve stability and posture.
These classes use bodyweight or props like light weights, or a ball to perform a variety of flowing exercises that build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Classes can be mat-based or use equipment like the Reformer.

Key features of a core Pilates class:

  • Focus on the core: The primary goal is to strengthen the “powerhouse” of the body, which includes the abdominals, obliques, back, and hips.
  • Improved posture and stability: By strengthening the core, these classes help correct posture, improve balance, and increase body awareness.
  • Full-body conditioning: While the emphasis is on the core, the exercises are often full-body, leading to overall strength, lean muscle development, and flexibility.
  • Use of equipment: Many classes use props to add resistance or support. Equipment can include the Reformer and Tower machine, light hand weights, a stability ball, magic roller or the magic circle.

Stretch & Release

Pilates stretch and release is a low-intensity form of Pilates that focuses on gentle movements, static holds, and mindful breathing to release muscle tension and improve flexibility. All level can be join in this class.

  • Muscle release: Exercises are designed to actively release muscle tightness, especially in areas like the hips, back and shoulders.
  • Improved mobility
