Menur Astuti is a certified Pilates Instructor and Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, experienced in guiding multi-level group and private classes. A Certified Stott Pilates Reformer Instructor, she is also qualified in Mat, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. She is passionate about helping clients move safely and effectively, with a special focus on supporting women throughout and past pregnancy. Beyond Pilates, Menur brings more than a decade of experience in education, communication, and cross-cultural engagement. Fluent in English and Indonesian with a basic proficient in French, she focuses on creating connection with clients from diverse backgrounds the moment they walk in the studio.
